Ideally, we like to meet you in person to complete the application and review supporting documentation.

3. Selecting The Right Lenders

This is where we shine. Because we are independent mortgage brokerage, we have access to many different options. We don’t necessarily stop with the first yes, if we think there is better rate out there. (See our Testimonial section)

4. Getting You Your Mortgage in the Least Amount of Time

It is our goal to get you a Letter of Intent / Discussion Paper from a Commercial Lender within a few days.

(Cash Flow Loan applications take longer simply due to the complexity of this type of loan and the amount of time required to review pertinent information).

5. Planning
   

We pride ourselves on always thinking ahead. Because we know that the commercial lender will need certain documentation, we will work with you ahead of time to make sure you are prepared to provide the right documentation when it’s needed. This helps to speed up the application process and reduce your stress!

6. Your Partner To the End

Even after you have received approval we will still be working for you behind the scenes. We know what the next steps are and will ensure you have the right resources (such as lawyers) in place ahead of time to keep the process moving as efficiently as possible. We will then work with these resources to ensure they have all the information they need to complete their part of the process on schedule.
